The objectives of this study is to develop the training program for the first aid personnel of industry. For this objectives, articles and related laws were reviewed in the first phase, Secondly, the questionnaires were requested to 21 OHNs to analysis the emergency health care system in the industries and curriculums were analized finally, Aa the result, the contents and time sehedu뭝es were proposed for the first aid personnel training program. Co뭝tents were composed of 8 subjects in troduction. emergency care system. CFR, schock &injury, fracture, problems of related to heat & cold, medical emergency problems, case stduy, & final discussion. These subjects are to be taught for 28 hours in 4 days.
